Shipping & Returns

Saint Heron ships globally via USPS. Please allow up to 14 business days to process your order. A tracking number will be sent to the provided email address upon shipping. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and are non-refundable. For orders going outside of the US, all taxes and fees incurred upon import are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a product arrives damaged, please email photos of the damaged piece and all packaging to orders@saintheron.com within 48 hours of receipt.

Saint Heron is not responsible for packages lost/stolen in transit or for packages that have been marked as delivered. Please contact your shipping provider to file a claim on a lost or stolen package. Please double check shipping address, as Saint Heron is not responsible for packages lost to incorrect input. If your SHIP TO address is incorrect, please immediately email orders@saintheron.com.
